Legal & Policies
These policies govern your use of TorqueVid ("TorqueVid", "we", "us", "our"), automated video-production software operated by Burz Roberto Daniel. By requesting access, creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to them. They are written to be read: plain language first, and nothing here is designed to be skipped.
Terms of Service
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Burz Roberto Daniel, based in Arad, Romania. General questions: [email protected]. Legal notices: [email protected].
2. What the service does
You give TorqueVid a script (or ask it to help write one) and choose how the video should look and sound. It then narrates the script with synthetic text-to-speech, gathers footage and images from stock libraries and public archives, builds motion graphics, and renders a finished video file you can download. It can also produce captions, thumbnails, a YouTube description package, translated ("dubbed") versions, and short-form cuts.
The output is generated by automated systems, including AI. It is not independently fact-checked by a human. Automated checks can miss errors. Names, dates, figures and claims that appear in a finished video come from the script and from automated research, and you are responsible for verifying them before you publish. You are the publisher of anything you upload anywhere.
3. AI disclosure
Videos made with TorqueVid contain AI-generated narration, AI-assisted editing decisions, and AI-generated still images when enabled in your generation settings. Current production presets enable these images by default; you can turn them off. Several platforms and, in the EU, the AI Act require you to disclose synthetic or manipulated media to your audience. You are responsible for disclosures required of you as publisher. This does not remove any transparency or content-marking duties that apply to TorqueVid or its providers.
4. Your account
New accounts are reviewed and approved by us before they can be used, and access is granted per person. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has access. Don't share, resell, or transfer your account.
5. Plans, payment and auto-renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically. A monthly plan is charged every month and an annual plan every year, at the price shown at checkout, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. Required renewal, annual subscription and price-change notices remain applicable; this policy does not waive them.
- Plans are sold in credits. Each video costs a number of credits that depends on its length and the options you turn on; the exact figure is shown before you generate. Your plan's credits are added to your balance each billing cycle.
- Unused credits carry over while your subscription stays active. They are not refundable for cash, and they end when your plan ends.
- Annual plans are paid up front for twelve months at a discount, and the credits are released month by month across that year rather than all at once.
- If a video fails for a reason on our side, the credits it took are returned to your balance automatically.
- Failed payments. If a payment is declined, your card issuer and our payment processor may retry it. Your access is flagged as past due and ends when the subscription is finally cancelled.
- Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from your next billing period and we will tell you by email first. Beta ("founder") pricing is a limited-time rate that holds for as long as your subscription stays continuously active.
- Prices are stated in US dollars and, unless the checkout says otherwise, exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that may apply where you live.
6. What you own, and what you don't
You keep ownership of the scripts you write and, as between you and us, any rights you hold in the finished videos you generate. AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection. We claim no ownership of them and we do not use your scripts or videos to train AI models.
What we cannot give you is ownership of third-party material. Footage, images and music arrive from stock libraries and public archives under their licences, and those licences vary per item , some are public domain, some require credit, some are unclear. Every finished video ships with a sources report listing where each clip came from and what its terms are. Read it before you monetise. Where that report says the terms need review, they need review by you.
Some footage is sourced from YouTube. That material is third-party copyrighted content and is not licensed for reuse; the sources report labels it as such. Using it may result in a copyright claim, a strike or demonetisation on your channel. You choose whether to keep those clips, and you carry that risk.
You grant us a limited permission to process, copy and transmit your submitted content only as needed to provide the requested service, keep it secure and comply with law. Do not submit passwords, API keys, private medical records or other sensitive information that the feature does not require.
7. Voice cloning
If you upload a voice sample to create a cloned narrator voice, you confirm that the voice is your own, or that you hold the speaker's documented, informed permission to clone and synthesize it. Cloning a person's voice without permission is illegal in many places. We may delete a cloned voice, and suspend the account behind it, if we receive a credible complaint. You can remove a cloned voice from your account at any time. We require the voice provider to confirm deletion before removing its saved reference. A provider failure may prevent confirmation, so we retain the record for retry and show an error. Provider confirmation does not establish erasure of any legally retained backup; contact us for provider retention details.
8. Beta status and availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular video will render successfully or by a particular time. Rendering takes roughly an hour per video and can take longer. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and during the beta we may change limits and pricing.
9. Your promises to us, and indemnity
You agree that you have the right to submit everything you give us, that you will follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and that you will comply with the law and with the rules of any platform you publish to.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Burz Roberto Daniel, its officers, employees and suppliers from any third-party claim, demand, loss, liability, damages, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to: (a) the scripts, audio, images or other material you submit; (b) the videos you generate and how you publish, distribute or monetise them; (c) your breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) your infringement of anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights. We will tell you promptly about any claim we want covered, and you may not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our written agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or the cost of substitute services , including anything arising from the content of a video you published, from a copyright claim or platform strike, or from a video that failed to render or was deleted after its storage window.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded , including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory rights that consumers have and cannot waive. If you are a consumer, your mandatory local consumer rights stand alongside these terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that repeatedly infringes copyright. Where it is lawful and practical to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond and to retrieve your finished videos. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these policies. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, email registered users before they take effect. Continuing to use TorqueVid after that means you accept the updated terms. If you don't accept them, cancel before they take effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Arad, Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or another place whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right is unaffected. Before filing anything, please email [email protected] , most problems are faster to fix than to litigate.
Acceptable Use Policy
TorqueVid applies automated screening and may refuse or stop a generation. Screening is incomplete and does not replace this policy. You may not use the service to create, generate, publish or distribute:
- Sexual content involving minors , in any form, real, drawn or synthetic. This is reported to the authorities and the account is terminated immediately and permanently.
- Sexual or pornographic content generally, and any sexual content depicting a real person without their consent.
- Defamation , false statements of fact about a real, identifiable person or company presented as true. Documentary-style narration about real people is the highest-risk thing this tool makes; if you cannot source a claim, don't publish it.
- Impersonation and deception , cloning a real person's voice without documented permission, synthetic media presented as genuine footage of real events, fake endorsements, fake news reports, or content designed to make viewers believe a real person said or did something they did not.
- Hate and harassment , content that attacks, dehumanises or incites hatred or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, disease, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation; and content that targets, threatens, doxxes or coordinates harassment of an individual.
- Violent extremism , content that promotes, celebrates or provides material support for terrorism or violent extremist organisations.
- Instructions for serious harm , workable instructions for weapons, explosives, drug synthesis, or attacks on people or critical systems, and content promoting self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
- Infringement , material you do not have the rights to submit, and videos assembled to reproduce someone else's copyrighted work.
- Privacy violations , publishing someone's private personal information, medical details or private communications without a lawful basis.
- Fraud and dangerous misinformation , scams, deceptive financial or medical claims, and demonstrably false claims about elections, voting or public-health emergencies that are likely to cause real-world harm.
- Illegal use , anything else prohibited by the law that applies to you.
You also may not attack the service itself: no scraping, automated abuse, circumventing credit limits or rate limits, reselling access, reverse-engineering the software, or using it to build a competing product.
Consequences. Depending on severity we may remove content, refuse a job, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it permanently without refund. Serious cases , child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, and other criminal conduct , are reported to law enforcement. We may preserve relevant records where the law requires it. Repeat copyright infringers are terminated under our DMCA policy.
Automated checks screen scripts before video generation, but cannot detect every prohibited use. We also review reports and may act after publication. These checks are not a guarantee of accuracy, legality or permission to publish.
To report a video or an account, use our report form , it takes a minute, you do not need an account or your name, and it gives you a reference number you can quote later. You can also email [email protected] with a link or the video title and what the problem is. For a formal copyright notice, use the DMCA process below instead.
Privacy Policy
This section explains what personal data we collect, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and what you can make us do about it. Your rights depend on the law that applies, including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Burz Roberto Daniel, Arad, Romania. Privacy questions and rights requests: [email protected]. The operator is established in the EU. UK representative requirements are separate; no UK representative is currently identified in this notice.
What we collect, and the lawful basis for it
- Account details , your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in readable form). Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Your content , the scripts, titles, notes, reference material, editing choices and uploaded files you submit, plus the narration, footage selections and finished videos produced from them. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Voice samples , only if you choose to clone a voice: the audio you upload, and the cloned voice model created from it. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by deleting the voice.
- Payment data , your plan, billing cycle, credit balance, and the customer and subscription identifiers held by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number; the card is handled entirely by Stripe. Basis: contract, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
- Linked channels , if you connect a YouTube channel: the channel name, ID and public statistics, and the access tokens held by our connector so it can act on your behalf. Basis: contract, on your instruction.
- Usage and job history , which videos you generated and when, their settings, credits spent, daily usage counters, and render outcomes. Basis: contract, and our legitimate interest in running and supporting the service.
- Technical and security data , your IP address and request metadata as processed by our rate limiting and server logs, and session identifiers. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse.
- Messages you send us , the name, email and text you submit through the contact form or send by email. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Content-screening records , an automatic check reads each script before a video is made. It writes nothing about a script that passes. When it does match something, we keep a dated line holding your user ID, which video it was, the video title, a one-way code for the script, roughly how long the script was, and a short excerpt of each sentence that matched , not the script itself. Basis: our legitimate interest in preventing misuse of the service, and in being able to answer a complaint or a lawful request about a video made here.
- Abuse reports about you , if someone reports a video, what they wrote, when, and their email if they gave one. We do not store the reporter's IP address. Basis: our legitimate interest in acting on complaints.
- Emails we send you , account and render notifications (transactional), and optional goal-reminder emails only if you enable them. Basis: contract for transactional mail; consent for optional goal reminders, which you can withdraw with one click in any of them or on the Channels page.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing scripts on this site. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers to run the service. The information sent depends on the feature you use. Providers apply their own service terms and retention rules. Contact us for the applicable processing agreements and retention details; this list does not certify that a particular transfer agreement has been executed.
| Provider | What it does | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Railway (hosted deployments) | Application hosting, storage and logs | Account records, uploaded and generated files, request metadata and operational logs stored by the hosted service |
| Cloudflare (domain and enabled proxy services) | DNS and, where enabled, traffic protection and delivery | DNS queries; when proxying is enabled, IP addresses, request metadata and traffic handled by that service |
| Stripe | Payments, subscriptions, invoices | Your name, email, and payment details you enter directly with Stripe |
| OpenAI | Script writing, research, planning, footage analysis and editing decisions | Your script, title, topic, notes, reference text, relevant channel data and image or video frames used for visual analysis. Account passwords and payment details are not included. |
| Algrow | Text-to-speech narration, dubbing, voice cloning and generated still images | Your script text, image prompts derived from your content and, if you clone a voice, the voice sample you upload |
| Google (Gmail SMTP) | Sending account, render and reminder emails | Your email address, name and the message content |
| Google (Fonts) | Serving the site's typefaces | Your IP address and browser, when a page loads |
| Composio | Connecting your YouTube channel and acting on it at your request | Your user ID, your Google authorisation, and the channel data returned |
| Google / YouTube | Channel sign-in, channel statistics, uploads you ask for | Whatever you authorise during the Google consent screen |
| Footage and archive sources | Supplying stock and archival media | Search words derived from your script, which may themselves contain personal information |
The footage and archive sources are: Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, the Internet Archive, NASA, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Smithsonian, Flickr, Europeana, DPLA, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the New York Public Library, the Wellcome Collection, and YouTube.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it (a valid court order or lawful request), to establish or defend legal claims, or , if the business is ever sold or merged , to the acquirer, in which case we will tell you before your data moves.
Where your data goes
The service is operated from Romania (European Union), and the providers listed above are located mainly in the United States. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your personal data is therefore transferred outside your country. Transfers require an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Provider-specific agreements, locations and safeguards must be confirmed; this notice does not establish that Standard Contractual Clauses, a UK Addendum or a certification apply to every provider. Contact us before supplying sensitive personal information if you need those details.
How long we keep things
These are the real periods the software applies, not aspirations:
- Finished videos: 14 days. A completed video stays downloadable for 14 days after it finishes. The expiry date is shown in your History , that date is the one to rely on , and we also send a reminder email 3 days before it lapses. After that the video file is deleted. Download your videos to keep them.
- Editable project files: 7 days. The working files that let you edit a finished video are kept for 7 days after it completes, then reclaimed.
- Failed and cancelled jobs: 14 days. Their working folders are deleted 14 days after they stop.
- Account data , profile, plan, credit balance, job history, linked channels , is kept while your account exists, and is deleted when you delete your account.
- Backups: 14 days. Account records are snapshotted daily. The backup job prunes snapshots older than 14 days when it runs, so deleted data may remain in backups until that pruning completes.
- Content-screening records: 12 months, or the most recent 2,000 decisions, whichever comes first. When you delete your account these records are not deleted , they are stripped of everything that points to you: your user ID, the video title, the script code and the excerpts all go, leaving a dated, anonymous line saying that a check matched. We keep that much because it is the only record that a screen fired, and we may need it to answer a complaint or a lawful request.
- Abuse reports: the most recent 1,000. A report about a video is kept so we can act on it and show what we did.
- Sign-in sessions: 30 days. A session cookie lasts 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Password-reset links: 1 hour.
- Payment and subscription records. Stripe holds payment and invoice records separately from your TorqueVid account. Deleting your account does not delete Stripe's records. Verified checkout-consent receipts are currently stored with your account and are removed from the active account store on deletion. Any separate retention required for tax, accounting or proof of subscription consent must be established for the applicable jurisdiction; this notice does not claim that a separate TorqueVid archive is already operating. Contact us for records needed before deleting your account.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to do the following, and we will not treat you differently for asking:
- Access and portability , get a copy of your data. You can do this yourself right now: your account page has a download that produces a machine-readable JSON file of your profile, linked channels, cloned voices, videos and scripts.
- Deletion / erasure , delete your account and its data. Also on your account page, confirmed with your password. It removes your login, sessions, job folders, videos, scripts and cloned voices. Cancel any active subscription first so your card is not charged after the account is gone. If voice or connected-channel revocation cannot be confirmed, deletion pauses and the account remains available for retry. Payment records held separately by Stripe, backups awaiting their 14-day pruning, and content-screening records are handled differently. Screening records are stripped of everything identifying you rather than deleted.
- Correction , fix data that is wrong; you can change your name, email and password in the app.
- Objection and restriction , object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict it while a dispute is resolved.
- Withdraw consent , for anything based on consent, such as a cloned voice, without affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it.
- Opt out of non-essential email , one click in any goal-reminder email, or on the Channels page. Transactional email about your account and your renders continues while you have an account.
- No automated decisions , we do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days (or 45 days for CCPA requests, extendable once where the law allows). We may need to verify that the request comes from you, usually by asking you to send it from your account email. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission.
Complaints. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to complain to your local data-protection supervisory authority , in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work. We would rather hear from you first at [email protected], but you do not have to contact us before complaining.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising , as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the current application, and we do not sell or share the personal information of minors under 16. Because there is nothing to opt out of, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share" toggle on this site; if that ever changes, we will add one and say so here first.
California residents also have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Use the same address: [email protected]. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics.
Children
TorqueVid is not for children. The service is for users 18 and over, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we delete the account and its data.
Communications and voice information
Optional goal-reminder emails require you to enable them in Channels. Each includes an unsubscribe link; account, security, billing and requested delivery messages are separate. We do not operate an SMS marketing feature. We do not offer facial-recognition login. Voice cloning is optional and sends the supplied recording to Algrow; a recording and a biometric voiceprint are not necessarily the same thing. Do not submit another person's voice without their documented permission. Provider processing and deletion requirements also apply.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed with bcrypt, sign-in uses HTTP-only session cookies that are restricted to HTTPS in production, payment card data never touches our servers, and access to the production system is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that ours is. If a breach affects your personal data and creates a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires. Report a security problem to [email protected].
Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies, all of them strictly necessary to run the service. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies on this site, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
- Session cookie (
te_session) , keeps you signed in. HTTP-only, expires after 30 days or when you sign out. - Google sign-in cookie (
g_oauth_state): a 10-minute security token that protects Google sign-in. - Channel-connection cookie (
yt_oauth_state) , a 10-minute security token that protects the YouTube connection flow from being hijacked. - Admin preview cookie (
te_preview) , only ever set on an administrator's own browser.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember interface preferences on your device , light or dark theme, sidebar width, an unfinished draft, your recent choices. Stored drafts can contain your script or topic. Local storage is not an encrypted vault. A draft or choice is sent to us when you submit it or use a feature that saves it to your account; clearing browser data removes the local copy.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Pages may also request externally hosted media or provider resources needed by the feature you open, exposing your IP address and request metadata to those providers.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
TorqueVid is a subscription that renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing portal in your account, or by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, you keep using it until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account or your videos; deleting your account is separate.
Online subscribers can cancel online through the billing portal linked from Account. If the portal fails, contact us with your account email and cancellation request. Any statutory cancellation, renewal-notice or refund rights still apply.
Refunds
Because each plan delivers digital rendering credits that are consumed the moment you generate a video, we do not offer refunds for a billing period that has already started, and unused credits are not refundable for cash. Two things are always true regardless:
- If a render fails on our side, the credits come back automatically , you are not charged for a video we failed to deliver.
- If you were charged in error, charged twice, or something on our side went wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund where that is the right answer.
This policy does not limit any refund right you have under the mandatory consumer law where you live, including the withdrawal right below.
EU and UK consumers: your 14-day right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason, and to receive your money back.
There is an exception in the law, and we would rather tell you where we stand on it than let you assume the worst. For digital content supplied on demand, that right can end early , but only if the seller asked you, at checkout, for your express consent to begin supplying immediately together with your acknowledgement that doing so means you lose the right to withdraw. We do not currently ask for that consent, so the exception does not apply and your full 14-day right stands, even if you have already generated a video. If you were not asked for that consent and acknowledgement, your full 14-day right applies and we will refund you in full. If we ever start asking for it, it will be a clear tick at checkout, this paragraph will change, and the change will apply only from then on.
To withdraw, just tell us clearly within the 14 days , email [email protected] with your account email and the words "I withdraw from my TorqueVid subscription". You do not need a form. We refund using the same payment method, within 14 days of being told.
The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025. EU consumers can find available dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission consumer redress directory.
Beta pricing
Private-beta ("founder") pricing is a limited-time rate for early users. Subscribe during the beta and you keep that rate for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Public pricing will be higher.
DMCA / Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual-property rights and we expect our users to. Footage and music come from third-party libraries and public archives under their own licences, and each finished video ships with a sources report so the person publishing it can check what they are publishing.
Reporting infringement (notice)
If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act for the owner, and you believe material produced or hosted through TorqueVid infringes it, send a written notice to our copyright contact:
Copyright contact: Burz Roberto Daniel, Arad, Romania, [email protected]. Publication of this contact is not confirmation of a registered DMCA designated agent.
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it (a URL, video title, or account).
- Your contact details: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
We remove or disable access to infringing material promptly on a valid notice, and tell the user what was removed and why. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, under §512(f).
Disputing a removal (counter-notice)
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if you are outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
We will forward your counter-notice to the person who complained. For the DMCA counter-notice process, we restore eligible material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement. Material may remain unavailable for an independent lawful reason, such as another violation of these terms.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
